They helped us in each and every step and sometimes they went out of the way to help us. Their support is great and everytime we had problem their response was spot on. Their average response time to a support ticket or email is about 3 hours. Another thing which impressed us is the hosting control panel. It is so comprehensive and feature rich that you can almost do anything from it. Regarding servers, they are pretty fast.
